The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has designed a Free Computer Based Training (CBT) for nurse aide trainees to complete the required 60-hour classroom training online. This Free CBT gives trainees the opportunity to complete the classroom portion of training anywhere they have access to it, at any time, and at their own pace. 

Upon completing the CBT, trainees must complete the 40-hour clinical portion of the training with an approved NATCEP to qualify to take the CNA exam.
